What this is

aiv10.my is a free planning tool for drone pilots flying in Malaysia. It combines public weather, air-quality, and airspace data into a GO/CAUTION/NO-GO read for a location and time. It is a planning aid, not a flight authorisation, and not a substitute for your own risk assessment or CAAM's regulatory process.

This is not legal advice and not an aviation authority. A GO verdict here is never permission to fly. See Malaysia drone rules for what CAAM actually requires, and always check current NOTAMs before flying.

Your responsibilities

  • You hold whatever CAAM authorisation your flight requires - this site never grants, replaces, or implies one.
  • You independently verify airspace, weather, and any site-specific restrictions before flying - the no-fly and airspace data here is advisory (see Rules and Map for exactly what is and isn't verified).
  • You comply with the Civil Aviation Regulations 2016 and all other applicable Malaysian law.
  • Any account you create is yours to secure - keep your password private and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • You don't use the site to break the law, scrape it abusively, or interfere with its operation.

No warranty

Weather, airspace, and air-quality data come from third-party sources (listed on /about/) and can be wrong, delayed, or unavailable. The site is provided "as is", with no guarantee of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular flight. Where a data source fails, the site is designed to say so rather than guess - but you should never treat any single tool, including this one, as your only safety check.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, aiv10.my and its operator are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, regulatory penalty, or other consequence arising from your use of this site or reliance on its output - including an incorrect verdict, unavailable data, or a flight that turns out to be restricted. Flying is your decision and your responsibility.

Accounts and content

You're responsible for what you save under your account (flight plan titles, notes). We can remove content or suspend an account that is abusive, illegal, or breaks these terms. You can delete your own flight plans and, on request, your entire account - see Privacy Policy for how.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the site changes; the "last updated" date above will reflect that. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
